Escape to the countryside in our renovated barn, combining charm and modern design. Close to the city (15 minutes from Rennes) and ideally located 40 minutes from the sea, relax in this cozy nest. Enjoy a panoramic view of the countryside and the Château de Beauvais. We are on the outskirts of the village with all shops accessible.

The barn has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have an adjoining bathroom.

The barn was completely renovated in 2023, it is a family project on the old farm and we are happy to offer it to you for your stay.It combines rustic charm and modern comfort. Interior with renovated antique furniture, stone walls and warm atmosphere. View over fields, welcoming living room with pellet stove, soothing bedrooms. It has a very large living room including a TV room (Smart TV), table football and a dining room. The kitchen is spacious, modern and fully equipped. There are 4 bedrooms in total. The master suite is on the ground floor and includes a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Two further bedrooms are located upstairs, each with a double bed and their own bathroom and toilet. A third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds.

Travelers have access to the entire accommodation, the garage and also two terraces. The first, located at the rear of the building, is closed and equipped with two covered picnic tables as well as a barbecue. The second terrace is more open, equipped with benches and offering an exceptional view of the Château de Beauvais as well as the Breton countryside with its green fields and cows.

We are a farming couple and we manage the property with our children. As neighbors, we are available to travelers on site. We have implemented a self-entry procedure to preserve your privacy.However, please do not hesitate to contact us online or onsite for any assistance or information you may require. The commune of Gévezé is part of Rennes Métropole and is connected to its public transport network. The town is alive all year round, it has all the necessary shops and services but also leisure activities being close to Cap Malo (Karting, Bowling, Cinema, etc.).

Easy parking with individual garage and possibility of parking outside. The barn is also accessible by bike. A 15-minute walk away, bus 68 takes you to the center of Rennes. We are located in the metropolis of Rennes, between the road leading to Saint-Brieuc (and its beaches, including the Côte de Granit Rose) as well as the road leading to Saint-Malo and Cancale. Also note quick access to Dinan and Combourg.
